Our Founder

We are a minority woman-owned business, led by Tawana Wood, a top-ranked resume writer and recruiter with more than 27 years of experience. 

Ms. Wood is an industry-recognized leader who has been featured in several media publications in the United States and abroad, including Blacknews.com, Black Enterprise, and local and international news outlets, and her work has been published in several books.  

Additionally, she has collaborated with several universities, colleges, and trade schools as their in-house career services specialist.
